Trainer's Profile:
Suhaini Kasmuri (SK) boasts over 25 years of expertise in corporate accounting and finance. Formerly serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ACASIA Communications Sdn Bhd and Fiberail Sdn Bhd, he brings invaluable experience from his tenure with major ASEAN telecommunication service providers and Telekom Malaysia subsidiaries. Starting his career at DRB-Hicom Group, he has since become a certified HRDC trainer (TTT/24858) and holds accreditation since October 2022. A Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, he holds an MBA from Asia E University Malaysia and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from University of Technology MARA Malaysia. With extensive experience as a business controller, he has been involved in various corporate exercises including mergers, acquisitions, due diligence reviews, and company restructuring.
